Not only are we the areas largest blind manufacturer we are also one of the very few manufacturers within the UK that undertake the production of the complete range of blinds and supply them directly to the public.
Starting as a one man operation in 1991 we have established ourselves over the years to become a recognised main operator within the trade. We enjoy a referral rate of 74% that cements our strong position, even in the hard going recession times of 2009 we were able to complete a record year of business! Without doubt our success is wholly attributed to the overwhelming appreciation and support that Customers have loyally shown over the years for which we remain extremely grateful.
During our expansion we have employed not only skilled and experienced staff but also the latest in machinery and modern technology to ensure that we can efficiently produce blinds whilst concentrating on Customer service. But with a firm and intense focus on ensuring that the 'family run business' approach is never lost or compromised.
What makes us different from the others? This is quite simply answered by the fact that over the years we have seen hundreds of competitors come and go and of the ones that do manage to last in what is a very competitive field, we trade supply the majority of them. Whilst we have many ingredients that we want to keep secret from our competitors we know that the one thing that they cannot or are able to replicate, and what sets us apart from the rest, is the fact that we will always put the Customer before profit.
